In most African countries today, the prevalent conditions that are facing the nation's,  tend to make citizens especially the youth, think that the only way to gain respect, have relevance and be considered successful is to satisfy the undying want for wealth. The more a person acquires legal tender by whatever means possible, the more the glaring inadequacies of the people are collectively hidden especially when it comes to issues of international relations and the strength of world economies.

 Needs are the fuel that every innovative society runs on. Without Needs, there will be no productivity and without productivity, there is no development.

 When a nation focuses on finding solutions to needs that are inherent in the societies, there will be employment, growth and development.
